Alexandra's Floating Kitchen is one-of-a-kind, offering authentic French dishes to tourists, locals and expats in Hong Kong who are keen on enjoying the side of Hong Kong that is not usually shown on magazines and postcards.

ABOUT THE KITCHEN

On a private boat moored in the Aberdeen Harbour, enjoy typical French family food, with a selection of French wines.

A selection of delicious homely menus are available. Inspired by seasons and regions - and familly traditions, these menus allow the guests to discover traditional French cuisines in a magical setting.

Some menus offer choices of starters, main courses or desserts. Guests are asked to choose one option for all the group. They also cater for vegetarians upon request.

ABOUT THE CHEF

Of Franco-British origin, Alexandra spent her childhood in South East Asia and the first part of her adulthood in Europe. Twenty years working in the food and wine industry have taught her to appreciate good, homely food and easy, delicious wines. She now lives in Hong Kong, close to the Aberdeen Harbour, where she likes to entertain friends around food and wine... and meet new people.
