Nature's Food - Vegetarian and Vegan Dining in Causeway Bay

Nature's Food is a private and casual vegetarian and vegan dining which is only available upon booking with Cat for your whole group. For a minimum of three guests and a maximum of twelve, you may choose from two set menus, inspired by Cat's amazing journeys around the world.


ABOUT THE CHEF


Serving wholesome and nutritious vegan and vegetarian food for healthy living.


A vegetarian for more than twenty years, and an explorer of vegan lifestyle for the past three years, Cat has always been a passionate home cook. Learning first from her mother, her first mentor on food, then to various chefs and fantastic vegetarians and vegan friends, her passion and curiosity on healthy eating kept on growing. She particularly believes that the saying, "we are what we eat", sums up to her daily diet.


Cat's philosophy is fresh, wholesome, and simple. She source what's available in the market choosing both local and organic wherever possible. She caters for vegan and gluten-free guests as well.


ABOUT THE KITCHEN


Her kitchen serves natural and delicious vegetarian and vegan food inspirations from all her travels. Over twenty years as a vegetarian, she started learning about vegetarian cooking from her mum, who is, up to now, still a passionate cook. Eating healthily has always been an influence from her Chinese heritage. The philosophy of nurturing your body and maintaining good health starts from your lifestyle.


Her food is very much based on the cities she have lived in and places she has travelled to. From Australia to Europe and various cities in Asia. Come sample home comfort food such as hearty pumpkin ginger carrot soup, English savoury muffins, middle east Shashuka, vegan pho, Korean bibimbap, homemade smoked eggplant dips, freshly baked bread to Australian classic butter melted warm banana bread. Cat welcomes you to her private space to share this intimate eating experience with her.
